Regulations - warranty and general conditions

Terms company

Terms of engagement and responsibility for retreats of Mantra Haim Ltd. abroad.

These regulations are written in the masculine language for convenience only, but are intended for both women and men.

Mantra for Life Ltd. offers organized retreats at various sites around the world. It is mandatory for anyone who wishes to register for one of the retreats to carefully read the regulations and make sure that the conditions detailed therein are clear to him.

Booking a place at the retreat on the company's website constitutes agreement to all the conditions detailed below.

Registration and payment

Registration takes place on the website of Mantra Chaim Ltd - mantraways.com.

Payment for the retreat is made at the time of registration by credit card. The payment can be divided into the number of payments indicated on the billing page. The payments are without interest.

Only full payment at the time of registration guarantees the registrant's participation in the retreat. Mantra Haim Ltd. has the right to refuse to realize a trip of anyone who registered and did not pay for the reservation in full.

During the registration process, each registrant is required to carefully read the company regulations (this document) and approve it.

Prices / exchange rates / taxes

The price of the retreat is denominated in euros. The currency of payment at registration is shekel. The Euro-Shekel conversion rate that determines is the high rate of transfers and checks on the day of payment.

Holding the retreat

The holding of the retreat is conditional on a minimum number of participants. If the required minimum is not reached two weeks before the retreat date - the retreat will be canceled and the registrants will receive their full money back.

The refund will be made by crediting the credit card with which the registrant paid.

General (documents / insurance / visas)

It is the customer's responsibility to check their documents if they are valid, an Israeli passport valid for at least six months from the date of departure for the retreat and entry into the destination country, the need for an entry visa (visa), vaccinations and medical condition, the travel documents provided by Mentra Haim Ltd., plane tickets, and information regarding the group meeting At the airport.

It is the registrant's responsibility to purchase an appropriate health and luggage insurance policy that will also cover the types of activities at the retreat that require special insurance coverage (for example: diving). Make sure that the policy covers the refund of cancellation fees in the event that the customer cancels the participation due to the corona disease or any illness or for any other reason. It is hereby clarified that the customer will have to bear all the costs for his cancellation of participation and the refund given to him will offset all cancellation costs.

It is recommended to include an air flight clause in the insurance in case of an emergency. Mantra Haim Ltd. is not responsible for trip cancellation and/or shortening due to a medical condition of the customer or a close family member.

Customers traveling with foreign and non-Israeli passports are required to notify Mantra Chaim Ltd. in advance in writing, and customers with foreign passports are responsible for checking the conditions of entry into the country they are flying to with the appropriate authorities (it should be emphasized that there is a high probability that the destination countries require holders of foreign passports to have an appropriate entry visa to the destination country and a foreign passport holder who does not do the necessary tests and adjustments - may not enter the country

Mantra Chaim Ltd. is responsible in a written notice if a suitable visa/entry permit is needed only for holders of Israeli passports.

cancellations

Initiated cancellation of a retreat by Mantra Haim Ltd. due mainly to a small number of registrants will be possible up to 15 days before the departure of the retreat without any claim and/or claim by the client.
Credit transactions will be refunded according to the conduct of the credit companies.

Cancellation by the customer

According to the Consumer Protection Law regarding a distance selling transaction, the customer may cancel the retreat - by written notice to Mantra Chaim Ltd. (email to info@mantraways.com), within 14 days from the date of registration for the retreat and after reconfirmation from Mantra Chaim Ltd. and under the remaining conditions At least 7 business days (not including Fridays, Saturdays and holiday eves) for the departure of the retreat.
In any case other than that specified above, in which the customer cancels his registration for the retreat, after 14 days have passed from the date of purchase of the retreat, the cancellation conditions detailed below will apply:
From the date of registration until 21 days before the event, the cancellation fee will be 500 euros.
From 20 days to 8 days before the event, the cancellation fee will be 1000 euros
From 7 to 3 days before the event, the cancellation fee will be 1200 euros
In any case of cancellation less than 3 days before the event or failure to arrive at the event - no refund.
Mantra Haim Ltd. is entitled to deduct the cancellation costs from any amount paid by the customer according to the above.
Failure to obtain a visa/entry permit to the country is not grounds for cancellation and does not entitle the consumer to a refund beyond what is stipulated by law.

Corona regulations:

It will be clarified that a retreat under the Corona policy takes place as long as the destination country receives tourists from Israel and as long as the flight departs as a series.
It should be emphasized that even if the destination country turns red but it is possible to reach and travel there, the retreat takes place as usual.
The conduct in the destination country is subject to the law applicable there only and in accordance with the decision of the local authorities and the customer's duty to act accordingly.
There may be changes in the retreat program before and/or after leaving Israel and even a waiver of the sites written in the itinerary without prior knowledge and without the need for the client's consent as long as the reason for the change in the itinerary is due to the landing of the local authorities in the shadow of the corona virus.
The reason for changing the route or turning the country into red does not constitute a reason for cancellation and any cancellation by the customer for this will incur a cancellation fee as detailed in these regulations.
The customer has the obligation and responsibility to purchase a comprehensive insurance policy that includes a Corona clause that also insures cancellation fees for any reason.

Due to the corona situation, in accordance with the frequent changes in entry to each and every country, it is the responsibility of the customer who registers for the retreat to check the conditions of entry to each country on the official website of each country to which he intends to enter in a retreat with Mantra Haim Ltd. It is also recommended to check in advance the terms of an insurance policy that covers the client with medical insurance including the corona virus, including cancellation fees.
It will be clarified that if a customer feels symptoms of corona during the retreat, it is his sole responsibility to request a corona test and self-isolate until the results of the test. The customer or the insurance company alone will bear the associated expenses.
